Ex Counselors / Alumni

Wow, this year has flown by! So much has happened - 10th Birthday week, new activities, new faces, new campers, there's lots on the go and if you're not here, you're missing out!!

Can you believe our beloved Sugar Bay is 10 years old already?! Congrats to Nic, Zoe and the Sugar Bay for 10 years of magic! If you were part of the team – give yourself a high five! Birthday week was rocking! We had inflatable everything on camp AND brought out the big guns with our BRAND NEW Zorb balls, walk on water balls, water barrel AND Sumo wrestling suits. (Yes, you read right – Sumo suits!)

August camps were crazy with Xbox, Monaco and of course, Birthday week. The king and queen of Monaco were crowned (and then assassinated), we had 'grand prix' trolley races, LOADS of awesome new CIT's and awesome theme dinners.

Lots of new faces at camp and for all those that don't know, Snake and Bonsai have left camp and are off on their new adventure. Good luck to them both. We miss them already!

In other news, Squishy and Bossie are also off at the end of the month. We are all very sad to see them go but are excited for what lies in store for the 2 of them. All the best and we hope you come back and visit soon!

As for something a little more exciting; Cooper has taken over the infirmary position and Punch is the new head counselor! Welcome friends! We all wait in anticipation to find out who the new programmer and head lifeguard will be.....

So to catch you all up and keep you in the loop, perm staff now look like this;

Tink, Punch, ?, Cooper, Gail, ??, Mango, Poodle, Pat, Roma and Rosa.

There are LOTS of new faces at camp and a few old too. We can't wait for December to come so we can get everyone in the mix! I think this year is going to be a CRACKER!

Upcoming weeks:

Oct camp - Game show week

Dec camps - Surfs Up week

- American state week

- Jelly week

- Dutch week and

- News Press week (Jan)

The rest of the year is jam packed so if you or anyone you know would like to work holiday camps or any school groups, please give Punch a call. He is doing some cool new team building events – this weekend we are ALL going to Ushaka for the day, Whoop!
