Staff ratio 

Sugar Bay has a minimum staff ratio of 5:1.. Our experienced instructors, which we call counselors, are there to provide every learner with individual care and attention. Each learner is helped and encouraged to achieve their highest level, in every instructional activity, whatever their ability. We ensure around-the-clock supervision with counselors sleeping in the same cabins as the learners. The counselors are inspiring role models for young learners, providing them with healthy providing positive examples of leadership, companionship and healthy lifestyles.
