Location
DROP-OFF’s: Children need to be dropped off at Sugar Bay between 3:00pm and 4:00pm at the start of
their holiday. Registration will only take place between these times. The gates will not be opened for early
arrivals. Sign them in, say your goodbyes and look forward to their return. Try not to miss them too much!
COLLECTIONS: Collection must take place between 8:00am and 9:00am at the end of the holiday. Please
make sure that you collect your child between those times in order to avoid a late collection fee. Please don’t be
late – for your child’s sakes and ours.
Drop off’s and collections outside of the stipulated times are NOT POSSIBLE unless prior arrangement has been
made with the resort at least one week prior to arrival. We reserve the right to levy an extra charge for early
registrations or late collections, depending on staff and catering requirements.
DIRECTIONS: Directions from Johannesburg/Pietermartizburg: Coming from Johannesburg, take the N3 to
Durban, through Pietermaritzburg. Continue along the toll road bypassing Hillcrest and Pinetown. Shortly after the
Pavilion Shopping center (Westville), follow the signs to the N2 “North Coast”. Continue north along the N2 for
approximately 80km, through two tollgates and bypassing Umhlali, Ballito and Stanger(KwaDukuza). You are
looking for the off ramp marked “Zinkwazi Beach/ Darnall”. Take this off ramp, turn right over the flyover bridge
and continue another 6km’s towards Zinkwazi Beach. Keep to the left of the traffic circle as you enter into the
