Sugar Bay Resort, a renowned children's summer camp located in Zinkwazi Beach on the KZN North Coast, is seeking an energetic, hardworking, and quick learner to join our Maintenance Team as a Project Manager.

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for tasking, overseeing, and managing a team of laborers on building and maintenance projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate should possess some project management and handyman experience or training. Proficiency in both English and Zulu is essential, along with a solid grasp of mathematics/logic. Excellent planning and organizational skills, coupled with the ability to thrive under stress, are a must.

This position is suitable for a young adult without family commitments, as it necessitates relocation to communal accommodation. Commuting from Ballito is not feasible due to the distance, but accommodation (inclusive of meals and laundry) is provided on-site exclusively for employees.

While the starting salary is basic, there exists a tremendous opportunity for growth within the company, contingent on your ability to demonstrate competence.
