Our commitment to providing exceptional experiences for children requires a dedicated team, and we are currently seeking a dynamic individual as a full-time Personal Assistant to the Resort Manager. 

Sugar Bay Resort is seeking a highly motivated and organized Personal Assistant to support our Resort Manager. We are looking for a candidate who possesses a strong personality, confident and assertive in managing tasks, and who thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be presentable with a professional appearance and demeanor and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diary Management: Manage all appointments and meetings with staff and other stakeholders.

• Human Resources: Maintain employee files and staff contracts, handle documentation for disciplinary issues, and attend and take minutes at disciplinary hearings.

• Payroll: Input monthly information, such as leave, into the company database, prepare month-end payroll reports, and ensure all departments submit their time sheets and relevant reports by month-end.

• General Duties: Perform general secretarial tasks such as filing and taking calls and assist the Resort Manager with additional duties as required.
